The location is good. it is close to the railway station and in the centre of the city. The rooms had a musty smell . the bed covers and linen looked unwashed and old. There is Closed circuit TV camera in all rooms - which interefers with the privacy of the rooms. Food at the restaurant Kadal - is good. The staff is helpful.
central location .
Nothing great old hotel and well located
Convenient location, helpful staff.
Room not cleaned daily. Food OK bu dry restaurant.
Central location and the staff very helpful
Beds hard, no internet,
staff were courteous. location is very good. may be good as low cost functional accommodation.
. the infrastructure did not justify its location or price. it was old looking and badly in need of repair and general over haul. it was definitively not upto their claims.
The hotel staff right from the security to the reception were very cordial and polite. Though my stay at Nalapad was for 1 day only, my experience of 20 days trip was that our decision of hotel booking with breakfast was right.
Since the name denotes sea food, we ordered for some fish curry, prawns and chappatis first. Since this tasted good, we ordered for surmai fry. This was bland without any masala. Ended with a bad taste. The staff in the restaurant needs to be proactive - rather than hide behind the pillars and watch TV.
